Editorial Policy
How the guides on our blog get chosen, written, reviewed, and kept current.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Scope
This policy covers the articles published under /blog. It doesn't cover service pages, pricing pages, or the portfolio — those describe what we sell directly, not editorial content, and are governed by our general Disclaimer instead.
Who Writes & Reviews It
Blog posts are written in-house by the Veloce Digital team — the same people who scope, build, and maintain client websites — not by outside freelancers or guest contributors. We don't currently publish a named byline or author bio on individual posts; content is attributed to Veloce Digital as an organization, which is reflected in the structured data on each post.
What We Cover
Posts fall under a small set of recurring topics: Web Development, E-commerce, SEO, Marketing, Security, Hosting & Care, and general small-business advice. The consistent thread is practical guidance for running a small business website in Pakistan and India — pricing expectations, platform choices, what a project should actually involve, and common problems worth catching early.
Sourcing & Accuracy
Claims and figures come from our own project experience, general industry practice, and publicly documented specifics of the platforms and payment gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Razorpay, and similar) our guides reference. We don't invent statistics or cite studies we haven't actually read. Where something is a judgment call rather than a settled fact — pricing ranges, timelines, "typical" project scope — we say so as an estimate rather than presenting it as a guarantee.
Independence
We don't accept payment, free products, or any other consideration in exchange for coverage, a favorable mention, or a placement in a post. We currently don't run affiliate links on the blog; if that changes for a specific post, it will be disclosed in that post.
Links to Our Own Services
Some posts link to our own service or pricing pages where that's genuinely the next relevant step for the topic being discussed — for example, a post on website security linking to our security scanning service. Those links are obviously not neutral third-party recommendations, and we try to keep them limited to places they're actually relevant rather than working them into every post.
Publish Dates & Updates
Every post carries a publish date, shown on the post and included in its structured data for search engines. When we materially revise a post after publishing — updated pricing, a changed platform detail, or guidance that's moved on — we set a separate "Updated" date, which appears alongside the original publish date on the post itself. Minor copyediting (typos, formatting) doesn't trigger an update date.
Corrections
If something on the blog is out of date, inaccurate, or unclear, we want to know. Genuine errors get corrected in the post itself rather than left standing; if the change is significant, we'll reflect it in that post's Updated date as described above.
