Ajwa Organics

Industry Organic Food & E-commerce
Timeline 15 days
Location Lahore, Pakistan

The Challenge

Ajwa Organics sells raw honey and traditionally cold-pressed oils to customers who care, specifically, about authenticity — knowing their honey hasn't been cut with syrup, knowing their oil hasn't been refined. That kind of trust is hard to earn and easy to lose. Their previous website had gone unmaintained for a long stretch, which left it exposed, and it was eventually compromised by unauthorized access. For a food brand whose entire pitch to customers is "trust what you're buying," a broken, compromised website wasn't a minor inconvenience — it was working directly against the one thing the business depended on.

The Approach

Rather than patch and reopen the same setup that had been compromised, we rebuilt the site from the ground up on a clean, modern foundation with nothing carried over from the previous build. The new site was designed around how the business actually sells — simple to maintain, secure by design, and built without the loose ends that left the door open the first time.

What We Built

  • A full product catalog for cold-pressed oils and raw honey, with size and quantity options on every product
  • WhatsApp-first ordering — the checkout flow that actually converts for Pakistani small businesses, with no payment gateway friction standing between a customer and a completed order
  • Educational content — including a straight answer to "How to tell if honey is real" and a cold-pressed vs. refined oil breakdown — written to build the exact buyer trust the business depends on
  • Complete policy pages — shipping, returns, privacy, terms — the pages that quietly do a lot of the work of making a storefront look like a business worth trusting
  • Every image optimized for fast loading on mobile, since most of Ajwa Organics' customers are browsing on average Pakistani connections, not fast office wifi

Result

A secure, fast, professional storefront that replaced a compromised website — rebuilt clean, with nothing left over from what came before. Delivered in 15 days, from first call to a live site the business could confidently point customers to. It's been stable and secure since launch.

Talha Commission Shop

Industry Commission Trading
Timeline Delivered
Location Pakistan

The Challenge

Talha Commission Shop, based on Bahawalpur Road, had no web presence for its trading business — spice, oil, grain and raw cotton — and relied entirely on in-person trade and word of mouth.

The Approach

We built a straightforward, hand-coded site to put the business's pitch and reputation online, so prospective buyers and partners have somewhere to look before making contact.

What We Built

  • A business and product overview covering spice, oil, grain and raw cotton trading
  • Contact and location details for the shopfront
  • A fast-loading, hand-coded site with no CMS overhead

Result

A live site for Talha Commission Shop. Full case study write-up in progress.
